Leadership communication coaching for people who are ready to lead and don't yet sound like it. Built on fourteen years of military leadership, and designed to work with how your brain actually operates rather than against it.
Most people who come to me are already good at their work. That's usually the frustrating part. The competence is there and something in how it lands isn't, so the recognition goes to someone else and nobody can quite tell you why.
The common thread is not confidence. It's that nobody ever taught you the mechanics, so you've been running the whole thing on instinct and willpower.
Controlling what comes out of your mouth so people act on what you say instead of working to decode it. Leading with your conclusion. Cutting the hedges and the padding. The foundation everything else sits on.
The presence the room reads before you speak. How you enter, how you take up space, how you sound, and how you do all of that while still sounding like yourself rather than a performance of a leader.
What happens when the room turns hard. Being challenged in front of senior people, questioned by a panel, pushed back on by your manager. Holding your position when you should, conceding when you should, and staying composed through both.
What emerges when the first three work together. Giving instructions people can act on, setting expectations that hold, and building a message that moves people rather than just informing them.
Most coaching hands you a fixed curriculum and works through it whether you need all of it or not. I don't do that, because the pillar that's costing you is rarely the one you think it is, and the one you've built your working style around avoiding is usually invisible to you.
So the first session is an honest assessment of how you currently communicate. What's working, what isn't, and which pillar is doing the most damage. Everything after that is built around what we find. If your Language is strong and your Assurance falls apart under pressure, we spend the weight of the programme on Assurance.
Eight weeks, one-to-one, live feedback throughout. The framework is the spine. Where the time goes is yours.
I don't put a price on this page, because what the programme looks like depends on what week one turns up. I'll be straight about cost on the call, first thing, no dancing around it.
I've got ADHD, and I was diagnosed after more than a decade of commanding people.
That matters for one reason. Every part of this framework exists because something failed first, usually in public. Lead with the conclusion, because I'd lose my own point halfway through. Structure the difficult conversation before you walk in, because improvising under pressure went badly. Get the adrenaline out hours early, because breathing in a corridor never touched it.
I didn't assemble this from leadership theory and work down toward you. I built it from what I needed to keep up. Which is why it tends to work for neurodivergent leaders when standard advice hasn't. It was designed by someone it had to work for.
To be clear about what this is. Communication coaching, not treatment, and I'm not a therapist or a clinician. If what you need is clinical support, I'll tell you honestly and point you elsewhere.
The complete programme, written up as a 48-page self-guided document. Every technique, every exercise, the same material I teach one-to-one. If you work through it properly and never speak to me again, that's a good outcome.
Commissioned RAF officer, fourteen years in. I've sat on the panel side of more than a thousand interviews, led teams in operational environments, briefed Station Commanders on decisions with real consequences, and was project lead on Top Guns: Inside the RAF for Channel 4.
I teach this to people early in their careers because that's where the gap is widest. Communication coaching is mostly aimed at senior people who already have presence and want polish. Almost nobody is teaching the foundations to the people who need them most.
The same programme I teach one-to-one, yours to keep. Enter your email and I'll send it straight over.
Find out which pillar is costing you most, or book a thirty-minute discovery call. No script, no pitch. If it's a fit I'll say so, and if it isn't I'll tell you that too.
